Valid Identification is required for each client or witness.  Acceptable ID documents for the State Texas include:   

  • A valid driver’s license or state-issued ID card from the U.S.
  • A U.S. passport
  • U.S. military identification
  • A driver’s license or ID card from Mexico or Canada
  • A foreign passport with a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services
  • Inmate identification from the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC)
