Valid Identification is required for each client or witness. Acceptable ID documents for the State Texas include:
- A valid driver’s license or state-issued ID card from the U.S.
- A U.S. passport
- U.S. military identification
- A driver’s license or ID card from Mexico or Canada
- A foreign passport with a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Inmate identification from the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC)
